Psychedelic Integration

Service Description

This session helps you integrate and find meaning from a psychedelic or other altered-state experience (or prepare for one). Whether your experience was in a facilitated space, alone or in a social setting, I offer you a safe space to find the learning & the gold from your experience. Particularly helpful if you: * had an overwhelming experience that you can't yet understand * feel vulnerable, confused, ungrounded, or unstable after your experience * have picked up unwanted entities or energies that need clearing * had a 'mystical' experience, met other Beings or dimensional energies * simply need a safe space to unpack and de-brief with someone with experience and understanding of psychedelics, altered states and multidimensional realms. We can often underestimate the power of a breathwork journey, deep sound healing, the use of plant medicines and other substances, all of which which can unleash powerful emotions, memories and confronting visuals. You can find yourself in your multi-dimensional awareness having encounters with other energies, beings or aspects of yourself that your 3D mind can find challenging to understand once your are 'back'. It's important to be able to talk about your experience to help your mind consolidate your emotions, to integrate your mind and body back into coherence with your present time-line. During this session you will be supported to: *Share your experience without judgement, *Discuss interpretations and possible lessons to extract, *Discerning the deeper links to your past and/or present patterns, *Clear any energies/entities that you have been exposed to, *Ground your energy back in your body *Close vulnerable portals in your energy body *Learn how to practice energetic hygiene in the future *Reconcile your altered-state experience in a self-empowering way Session can be done in-person in Success, Perth, or online via Zoom meeting.
