Altered-State Integration

Service Description

This session is to help people who have had an overwhelming experience in an altered-state which has left them feeling vulnerable, confused, ungrounded, and/or unstable. People can easily underestimate the power of a breathwork journey, deep sound healing, the use of plant medicines and other substances, all of which which can unleash powerful emotions, memories and confronting visuals. It's important to be able to talk about your experience to help your mind consolidate your emotions and integrate your mind and body back into coherence. In addition, when attending group events of this nature it's not uncommon for people to be exposed to energies and entities that can cause harm not just in the session but afterwards as well. Sometimes it's well facilitated but there wasn't capacity or time to unpack your experience with the facilitator. Maybe you didn't realise until later that something unsettling is still lingering and you don't know how to deal with it. Maybe you've had a bad trip in a social setting and feel unwell, unsettled or unstable in various ways. Maybe you experiences something so profound and out of this world and you are struggling to find meaning from it, or to settle back into reality with your new awareness. During this session you will be supported to: *Share your experience without judgement, *Discuss interpretations and possible lessons to extract, *Discerning the deeper links to your past and/or present patterns, *Clear any energies/entities that you have been exposed to, *Ground your energy back in your body *Close vulnerable portals in your energy body *Learn how to practice energetic hygiene in the future *Reconcile your altered-state experience in a self-empowering way Session can be done in-person in Success, Perth, or online via Zoom meeting.
